As General Manager, Emely is relentlessly working on creating a positive and strong relationship with the clients as well as the staff. Her primary focus is to ensure the team all contributes in establishing an influential and personal connection with the clients and also providing the utmost customer care possible.
Emely actively works to develop her leadership and business skills. She recently attended The Salon Association's advanced business symposium where she learned how to develop customer care, recruiting, and salon management techniques.
Emely is fluent in Spanish She has had the opportunity to visit Mexico, Jamaica, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. She has worked at La Jolie for more than four years, beginning as a receptionist and showing the commitment, motivation and talent to become a strong member of the company's executive team as the salon business manager.
